Hours of Operation

Summer hours: Saturday of May long weekend to Labour Day Monday

• Zoo: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily
• Guest Services: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily
• Hatch Coffee Shop: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday to Sunday (closed Monday & Tuesday)
• Splash Pad: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily
• Miniature Train Ride: Please note that as of May 13, the train opening is delayed due to track repairs. When repairs are complete, the train operates 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily

Fall hours: Tuesday after Labour Day to Thanksgiving Monday

• Zoo: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily
• Guest Services: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., weekends only
• Hatch Coffee Shop: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., weekends only
• Splash Pad: closed
• Miniature Train Ride: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., weekends only

Winter hours: Tuesday after Thanksgiving to Friday before May long weekend
