We work with our expert zookeepers, curator, nutritionist, veterinarians, enrichment and training committee, and animal health committee members to ensure that the animals in our care at Riverview Park and Zoo receive optimal care and thrive here. Riverview Park and Zoo Train Ride Now Open for the Season

All aboard! The Miniature Train is now open for the season for visitors at the Riverview Park and Zoo, 1300 Water St. N.

The train ride opening this season was delayed for work on the tracks, which has now been completed.

Visitors will be able to enjoy the Miniature Train, weather permitting, daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through to the end of the Labour Day long weekend in September.
